The NFL Alumni Academy is not just here to train football players. It's also a development program to prepare and promote minority former players for professional opportunities in elite levels of sports, including the NFL.
The Fritz Pollard Leadership Academy is designed to both accelerate professional development and create real opportunity for careers in the National Football League. Experienced veteran NFL coaches and personnel experts teach, coach and mentor the former NFL players seeking to pursue a post-playing career in the NFL in the areas of coaching, personnel or executive positions.
The NFL Alumni Academy provides exposure for all 32 NFL teams, as well as the XFL, to also evaluate their talent and skill sets, as well as establish communication and relationships with the program participants that generate professional opportunities providing NFL teams with talented and prepared professionals.
