Not unlike working on developing football IQ, traditional NFL practices simply don't have enough time to devote the necessary time to position specific training. Individual technique for each position is a luxury that NFL teams do not have, but the NFL Alumni Academy gets to take full advantage of.
Our coaching staff has over 100 years of NFL experience collectively, and are able to work with the players to get into the specific details about improving their technique at a microscopic level. Football is a game of inches and the NFL Alumni Academy coaching staff makes sure to maximize the inches for all of our players.
From the first step to finishing the play, each move a player makes can be the difference between winning and losing. The coaching staff works with each player individually to maximize efforts and show them the best way to improve their game.
